World Snow Day aims to bring winter sports enthusiasts and their families to the slopes and trails in a fun-filled day of events, activities and competitions on snow. Try at least one activity in each category (Explore, Enjoy, Experience) and enter to win a lift ticket or Crystal Mountain sweatshirt.<\/p>\n
During these 30-minute presentations, Crystal’s Snowsports Instructors demonstrate the proper use of winter sports equipment.<\/p>\n
12 pm: Adult Ski and Snowboard Presentation – Meet at Totem Park<\/p>\n
1 pm: Cross-Country Presentation – Meet at Kinlochen<\/p>\n
2 pm: Snowshoeing Presentation – Meet at Park at Water’s Edge<\/p>\n
3 pm: Kids Ski and Snowboard Presentation – Meet at Camp Totem<\/p>\n
The Art of Snowmaking: Meet at the Snowcat parked by the slopeside tent.<\/p>\n
Snow Castle Building Kits : Available at the Park at Water’s Edge<\/p>\n
Snowman Search: Pick up the clues at Park at Water’s Edge<\/p>\n
Rinkside Bonfire: Roast marshmallows and visit with Snowball the Snow Tiger<\/p>\n
Michigan Legacy Art Park: Information guides available at the slopeside tent<\/p>\n
Ice Skating: 1-hr rentals at the Park at Water’s Edge<\/p>\n
Snowbikes: Test drive a fat tire snow bike on the Front Lawn<\/p>\n
The following programs include a fee:<\/p>\n
