Executive Chef John Piombo will provide instruction in two types of  classes: <em>demonstrations<\/em> and <em>hand-on cooking classes.<\/em> <em>Cooking demonstrations<\/em> provide participants with the opportunity to observe Chef Piombo  prepare various dishes, take notes, taste the prepared dishes and  receive a written recipe. <em>Hands-on cooking classes<\/em> provide  participants with the opportunity to actually prepare recipes from start  to finish. At the conclusion of the class, participants join Chef at  the Captain&#8217;s Table to enjoy the food they prepared.<\/p>\n<p>Both types of classes are held on Saturdays at 11:30am at Nonna&#8217;s Loft.  <em>Demonstration classes<\/em> are limited to 20 participants at a cost are $50 (plus tax &amp;  gratuity) per person. Reservations and advance payment are required at  least 24 hours in advance of the class date. <em>Hands-on cooking classes<\/em> are are limited to seven participants at a cost of $90 (plus tax &amp;  gratuity) per person. Reservations and advance payment are required at  least 48 hours in advance.
