Several different varieties will be available, and all are sure to be delicious!<\/p>\n<p>We are excited to present Wineries of Old Mission Peninsula with professional wine pairings. A good pairing of wine and food can bring out the textures and flavors of both the wine and the meal, greatly improving the dining experience.<\/p>\n<p>We will take into account the ingredients in the paella, as well as the acidity, texture, sweetness, bitterness, and alcohol of the wine to create truly amazing pairings.
