To help get beneath the surface, the Leelanau Peninsula Wine Trail hosts a fun event to explore and discover great red wines of Leelanau Peninsula. The Hunt for the Reds of October takes place weekdays (Monday through Friday) during the month of October. For the entire month of October, your ticket gets you a complimentary pour at each of more than 20 participating wineries offering diverse red wines: big and bold Cabernet Francs and Merlots, aromatic and spicy Pinot Noirs and many more.

Tickets are $10 per person which includes a signature wine glass, a complimentary red wine pour at each winery throughout the month of October and a $5 donation to the American Red Cross.

As our vineyards awaken to the sun and warmth of May, toast to the enchanting beauty of spring, indulge your senses and discover delicious Leelanau Wines splendidly paired with scrumptious small bites! This beloved springtime event includes a self-guided tour along the trail, where you’re free to visit any of the 24 participating wineries in any order you choose on both Saturday (11-6) and Sunday (12-5). Tickets are limited and typically sell out, so get yours TODAY!

Ticket Information:
Tickets are $35 and include a souvenir wine glass and a featured wine and food pairing at each winery. After your featured pairing, most wineries offer an additional complimentary 2 to 3 tastes. Purchase your tickets by selecting a Starting Winery where you will check-in to the event and pick up your supplies before charting your own course to participating wineries in any order you choose. Tickets are good for both Saturday and Sunday. Our Farm-to-Table dining series brings the fresh flavors of northern Michigan to the Thistle Pub & Grille the third weekend of each month, May through September.

Our chefs work with local farms, making personal visits to many of them, to build a custom three-course menu.

Crystal Mountain – Crystal Cup – May 26 – 28, 2017

Play 36 holes of golf in a Ryder Cup format! The entire field of individual players and pairs will be divided into two teams, with their own team shirts and hats, for two days of friendly competition featuring proximity prizes and awards for the winner of the Crystal Cup. Scoring will be adjusted based on handicap.

Saturday May 27: Four-ball match (best ball from each pair) on the Betsie Valley course beginning at 8 am.

Sunday May 28: Singles matches on the Mountain Ridge course beginning at 8:30 am.

Crystal Cup players enjoy a full weekend of fun, including:

Friday, May 26 at 6:30pm: Pairings Party
Saturday, May 27 from 4-8pm: Michigan Beer & Brat Festival. Crystal Cup participants receive admission.
Sunday, May 28: Awards Reception at Kinlochen Plaza will immediately follow the end of play on Sunday.

Rate: $199 per person
Limited Golf Member: $129
Four Seasons Club Member: $99

Crystal Mountain – 12th Annual Michigan Beer & Brat Festival – May 27, 2017


Kick off the summer with this Memorial Day weekend tradition at Crystal Mountain.

Michigan Beer & Brat Festival – 2015 Video

Crystal Mountain asks that you please be responsible about your alcoholic consumption. We encourage our guests to assign a designated driver or use on-property shuttles when leaving the festival. Cars left overnight will not be ticketed or towed. Those who chose not to drink at the festival will still have to pay the same price for admission as those who are drinking. All attendees have access to a lineup of musical talent, food and beverage vendors, merchandise, festival activities and prizes. For this reason, discounted tickets are not available.
