9:30 – 10:30AM: Kayaks on the Snow Registration
Be the fastest one down our race course. Equipment provided, personal equipment is prohibited. All participants must have their own helmet and be at least 8 years old. Day-of registration is required 30-minutes prior to the event starting (11am). All participants must be present at registration for a wristband. Registration located slopeside on the Lodge Patio. All participants are required to complete a waiver prior to the event, adults must sign for participants under 18 years old.
11AM: Kayaks on the Snow Race
Held on the Cheers to Lou slope.
Noon – 4pm
Executive Sounds playing your favorite hits at the Lodge Patio!
Look for our Leprechauns out skiing on the slopes!
On-Slope Scavenger Hunt – Find the shamrocks scattered around the mountain and bring one to the Park at Water’s Edge to win a prize.
2pm: Slush Cup
Ski or ride through a giant pit of icy slush. Day-of registration required at the Lodge Patio at least 30-minutes prior to the start time. Helmets are required. Rental gear is prohibited. Participants must be at least 12 years of age. Held at the base of Thor. All participants are required to complete a waiver prior to the event, adults must sign for participants under 18 years old.
Dust off the neon, ringer tees, gigantic jeans and vintage sweaters. Whatever your decade, it’s time to bring it back for Retro Day at Crystal Mountain!

The North Mitten Half Marathon, 10k and 5k is a combination of paved roads, dirt roads and trails. The North Mitten route consists of primarily flat, open trails on Crystal Mountain property and will not climb the mountain. Both races will start and finish at the white slopeside tent near the Crystal Clipper chairlift. This is a great race for beginners and experienced runners!
The Michigan Legacy Art Park Golf Classic is an excellent opportunity to enjoy a day of golf at Crystal Mountain while supporting the park. The funds raised at this event benefit hundreds of area students through our education programs.

The MLAP Golf Classic takes place on Crystal Mountain’s beautiful Mountain Ridge Course.

Lift Hours Update
With the exception of Christmas/New Year (December 21-January 3) and President’s Week/Mid-Winter Break (February 15-21), lifts will close at 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday nights. Crystal Mountain will be open seven days a week with night skiing and riding Wednesday through Sunday (conditions permitting).
