General Admission & Ticket Information
Secure your general admission tickets in advance for $35 or purchase at the event for $45. Your ticket includes:

✅ Two wine-tasting tokens
✅ The option to upgrade with 10 additional tokens for $30
Additional wine-tasting tokens are available inside the festival for $3.50 each. Must be 21+ to attend, but non-alcoholic beverages will be available. All food and beer purchases are cash-only.

June 28 – July 5, 2025 in beautiful Traverse City, Michigan!
The Grand Traverse region, known for its world-record tart cherry harvest, bursts with visitors eager to savor the flavor of cherries tucked into everything imaginable. Each day Festival goers find cherry delights along with parades, family and kids events and entertainment. In all, there are more than 150 events along the shores of Lake Michigan’s Grand Traverse Bay.
The Festival has been named in USA Todays top ten festivals for several years running.
Free Family Fun!
The National Cherry Festival has over 150 events and activities and 85% are free for all! Kids of all ages can enjoy events like cherry pie eating, parades, pet show and more!

Welcome the start of fall with the new Betsie Valley Trail Half Marathon, 10k, 5k or 1-Mile Fun Run. The courses are out-and-back on the Betsie Valley Trail starting in Thompsonville at the Webber Sports Complex. The 1-Mile Fun Run is held on the ballfield.
The Betsie Valley Trail offers an excellent flat aggregate trail surface, hard enough for road bikes and excellent for runners. Enjoy beautiful views of wetlands and forests!
A portion of the proceeds from Half Marathon, 10k, and 5k and all the proceeds from the 1-Mile Fun Run will be donated to the Friends of the Betsie Valley Trail.

UnCage takes place after Labor Day when the vibe changes to a more relaxed pace, with weather that can be like summer or fall, but gorgeous, nonetheless. Festival goers enjoy being outdoors strolling from venue to venue through an array of art vendors filling the streets. Food options are plentiful throughout the day.
The festival kicks off with a beautiful water blessing over the bay, a time to honor and give thanks for these precious waters, followed by a procession to the festival center where music and dance performances begin.
Leelanau UnCaged is free to festival goers thanks to the generous donations from businesses and patrons.
